Molen is an award-winning American film producer and production manager, known for his work with Steven Spielberg on films like Rain Man, Hook, and Jurassic Park, and for co-producing the Academy Award-winning Schindler's List. He began his career in the film industry as a truck driver and transportation coordinator, eventually becoming a production manager and then a producer. He has also produced documentaries such as 2016: Obama's America and is known for his cameo appearances in several films he produced.
