Rockne S. O'Bannon (born January 12, 1955) is an American television writer and producer known for creating science fiction series such as Alien Nation, seaQuest DSV, and Farscape. He also worked on shows like The Twilight Zone and Amazing Stories and produced the TV movie Fear. O'Bannon was born in Los Angeles, California, to a gaffer and a professional dancer and has three adopted children.
