Night Dawgs is a student-made dual perspective comedic thriller. Night Dawgs pulls us into the story of Benjamin and Peyton. Benjamin is so hungry that he is willing to break the law and even hurt others in order to get a bite to eat. He breaks into a parked car to steal food. The owner catches him in the act and chases him through a neighborhood and into the woods where Benjamin loses him and comes across an old barn to hide in. Peyton is a young man who is home alone and lounging. He is alerted by strange sounds coming from his barn outside. Peyton goes to investigate the noises and he finds Benjamin. As Peyton begins to call the authorities, Benjamin, with his back against the wall, is prepared to do anything in order to escape. So he knocks Peyton unconscious with a shovel. Benjamin calls 911 to come help Peyton and he escapes before they arrive. The movie ends with Benjamin enjoying a hot dog on a park bench.
