I think this film was ok because it had good music, good edits, but nothing going on its just a slide show.

Dress Code barely gets the message out. The editing itself is not bad but could use some work. It is nothing but a string of images with music and a bunch of overlays.

This project could have used a little more creative brainstorming. I'll grant you, school dress code is not the easiest thing to come up with creative concepts for, but this lacks that edge that comes from just a bit more creative thought. That being said, the graphics were fun and the message is crystal clear, so in that regard this was an effective PSA.
