Special Delivery
In 'Special Delivery', we meet Maria, a lawyer who is coming home after a grueling day of work. On the other side of town, an unknown person is receiving a bag with an item for Maria inside. Maria, unaware of this, heads home care free, and gets her keys to go inside. When she sees this person approaching her at her door, she frantically tries getting inside her home. She rushes in and slams the door on the person, who turns out to be the pizza delivery woman.

The trick of misdirection
With your film here you are going in the right direction of taking the audience down a path yet in the end it really ends up being something else. That's a great concept and you're on to something here but you just need to keep the tension up. (trim the heads and tails of your cuts and you'll be much better off) The editing in the beginning was a bit slow but you really got that tension at the end.
Great Payoff!
I really liked how the suspense was built through the pacing up to the conclusion.
I felt both actresses were very believable and well directed.
Well thought out and executed story.
Quick get in the house!
I like the effort that went into this film. I can tell it was thought out and planned. I like the choices the cinematographer made to let the shot fall into darkness when the door closes in the office and to shoot in low light at the house. I would be afraid of someone approaching my house as well if I was not expecting them.
Keep on Delivering
You have a good concept but it's just incomplete. You've created a nice moment but as is it's just a moment. You got the suspense down too so you have the ability you just need a full story to execute on. When doing you beats, really make sure that you have a story that has a beginning, middle and an end before jumping into screenwriting. Keep making films...they'll get better and better as you go.
Bait and Switch!
Okay, I love it when I'm watching a movie and I don't see the end coming. The filmmakers used the keys to great effect and built up the Hitchcock suspense. Nicely done! You also made everything serious so I didn't think it was going to take a comic turn at the end. Nice bait and switch!
