You have a great idea for a PSA message so I'd challenge you to polish that idea even further. I'll just focus on one element of feedback and that is rehearsals. The actors you chose I feel had the ability to perform so next time as a director, work with your actors before rolling the camera and you'll be surprised at the outcome. Run their lines a few times and give them direction as to how you want the to adjust and then rehears it again. You'll see that it will make a huge difference.
Trimming your Edits

Great theme for a PSA. A quick editorial note for you. Trim the heads and tails of each of your shots and cut on the action. One example of this is when she first approaches the girl to ask if she can eat lunch with her. She gets denied and leaves, then you continue the shot to focus on the trash can. Try cutting that shot on the action of her leaving and then cutting to the next shot of her walking into the frame. It will be MUCH smoother and you can do that on every shot.
Blocking to Save Time

Your filming a lot of the coverage with one shot and that's fine to do but to give you a little feedback, it's totally fine to do that but just plan out exactly what the shot will be and block your actors in such a way so that they are also moving strategically so that they are in the frame at the right moment when you need to be covering them. Just panning back and forth lowers your production value when just a little more thought can really make your film so much better. Plan out the blocking.
Coverage of Your Scene

A quick piece of advice that will make a huge difference in your film would be to simply get coverage of your scenes. You can shoot your scenes in one take but they really have to be planned out for that to work right. The other solution filming your scene from a few angles. Get a master shot (wide shot) and a shot of each of your actors delivering their lines. Just doing this will make a huge difference for your film in the edit bay. Try it and you'll see how much better your films will be.

You have a great concept here but just fall short with the coverage that you have when you get into the edit bay. You need to, for each scene do at least 4 set ups: Master, over, over (over the shoulder of each of your actors) and then inserts. Then you can edit around your actors performances to get a much better film from an acting perspective and from a storytelling perspective. Try it and you'll see that it will make a huge difference in the films you make.
