Good - Great Lighting - Cinematography and Audio Balance - not too fond of the "background music" for the most part it will work.

A very well done film

The killer on the loose!

average rating is 3.5 out of 5

This film was good! The acting was a little off in some parts like the screaming and when he hit them at the end but it gives you a weird vibe and it helps you feel the nervousness of the killer being near. I love the transitions and how dark it is to fit with the theme.

Pretty good

The film was pretty good but I felt the writing and acting could've been executed better.

Subtlety Wins the Race

average rating is 4.1 out of 5

You did a great job overall. Great sound design, lighting and cinematography. I want to highlight one of the subtle elements that made all the difference for me. Your slow push in on the opening shots, the slow push in as they're looking at the door..it's super subtle but really creates emotion and tension without it being on the nose. Really great job. It takes time to actually do that and one might question if it's worth it...absolutely it's worth it. Great work!

Nice Attention to Details

average rating is 4.1 out of 5

A really nice job across the board. Your sound design is really great. I loved hearing the shoes squeaking as the character walks down the stairs. The acting of your actors was actually pretty well done. I was very happy to see that. Your lighting both outside and in was great. Nice back light on your characters at the camp fire. Great use of depth of field to really add a cinematic element. I didn't love the violent ending but I really appreciated the way you dealt with the violence.

Great Performance on All Levels

average rating is 4.1 out of 5

Overall you did a nice job but I especially enjoyed the attention to detail once you went inside the house. Though I did notice that you lit the outside (nice job lighting the background to give depth) so thank you for that but once you move inside I really appreciated your angles and your composition. The sound design was great too. That made a big difference to the overall effectiveness of the tension that you were building. You are all a great team of filmmakers. Keep up the good work.

Now That's What I'm Talking About

average rating is 4 out of 5

Great work here on all levels. The sound design was done with the attention to details which is what makes this film so good. It really made such a difference for your film. Your team also showed great skill when it came to your cuts, the shots you chose and really doing a great job exposing your film especially once you went inside. Great angles, great depth of field and great attention to the lighting. Nice work.

High Marks Across The Board

average rating is 4 out of 5

This was crazy well done. High school students don't have any business being this good. Dang! I can't think of one thing that this team didn't do well. The exposures in the dark are really hard and you did an awesome job. I would like to have seen a bit more foley. One thing that stuck out more than anything else was the acting. Typically teen actors break character or aren't believable but these were really, really great.
