The voice over for this project was really well done. The actor stayed in character the whole time and delivered an entertaining performance. The editing was also fun and kept me engaged. The PSA kept my attention and delivered some great facts. Super well done!!!

The idea was definitely there, but was very poorly executed with the clip art and the Scooby Doo voiceover.

I think this film is unique in a way where you connect both an animated world into a real life world while also giving important details about keeping your dogs on a leash

The use of cartoons makes the message easy to comprehend by all audiences. Voice acting was sublime. The graphics could use some additional work, such as cutting out more of the background around the edges. Overall, a very informative piece delivered in a fun way.

Is straight-forward and to the point about public safety laws for dogs. It show a clear image about what you should do and how to keep your community safe.

This film was very informational and it was fun to watch.
