The thing I loved most about the film is the cinematography, the shots are presented with an artistic profession that helps the story flow wonderfully. In terms of the writing itself I loved how the story concept is but some of the interactions seem A little unrealistic, sometimes because of the writing, sometimes because of the acting. Overall I also thought the editing was good but nothing special, I enjoyed this film overall and thought it was cute but nothing special.

I found this film to be very interesting and beautiful. I loved the story and how everything played out. There were a couple scenes where what happened doesn't seem like it would really happen in a real world situation. Other than that, I loved the cinematography and the look and feel of the film.

The cinematography are good to look at. Acting are not bad. Very well done film.

"Dance With Me" is a short film about a teenager's seemingly hopeless search for traditional romance in the modern world.

The execution of this was beautiful. There were some really nice shots in the film, my favorite being when Clara and Jesse are in those butterfly gardens. While there are some scenes that I think could use another look, everything deserves high praise between the cinematography, writing, editing, etc. The actors were also very energetic and fluent in their roles.

For lots of student films, you can tell if it's going to be good from the very first shot. I could tell from this first shot that the cinematography was going to be a cut above and I was right. There were a few bumps along the way that were crying out for more time to be spent or a pause to take place, but all-in-all this little film makes very few mistakes and shows off the filmmaker's style and abilities. Very well done. I give all the categories high marks.

This is a well written film with great production aspects. A must see.

Your film looks beautiful. Not sure what you're shooting on but keep using that camera. In some of your scenes though, use motivated lighting to take it up a notch. One example: Sitting on the hood scene, if you would have put a little light off to the right, motivated from the building that would have given them a little light on one side of their faces. The background is perfectly lit along with everything else. That's all you would have needed to make that camera really work for you.

Great job creating a film that has emotion. The characters are very likable. You feel for them and that's not easy to do. So congrats there. I look at good films and ask, what would make them great. For your film, pushing the story. You've written great moments but what would stretch your story. Ask yourself all the hard questions: what's plot point one, do i have good rising action or conflict and how can I make that better. If you pushed your structure more, you'd have it. You've got talent

The look of this film was really nice. It felt like a Nora Ephron film. Achieving an emotional response from an audience is the ultimate test of a filmmaker's talent and this little film made me feel something. I really liked this kid and I truly felt that the girls really liked him as well. Really well done. To take your craft to the next level, try to make each scene cinematically fit together in tone and mood so as to create an overall cohesive look.
