A Bit More Development

The character is easy to like, but it took a little longer to get started than I would have liked. I'm not sure this qualifies as a suspense/Thriller, but I think they may have been onto something that just didn't get developed quite fully.

Good Twist

I really enjoyed the twist at the end. Please watch your shot composition in that it did confuse me. I was a little lost with both low shots during the interview. Story was easy to follow, just watch audio mixing and transitions.

Stuck on the Runway

The film had a good start. But then got in its own way. Lighting and sound were uneven. No score/music to build tension was sorely missing. Thought the image(face) in the toilet flush was actually well filmed although it did not really help develop story (when it could have). Some continuity flaws. Edits felt uneven.

Wait, What?

So I think you have something here, it just needs more development. Maybe switch up the camera angles on the opening to draw you in for the whole monologue backstory. There was some great build up and shots of the phone and the toilet shot... classic , but then the phone didn't really factor in to the final scene? And rather than dip to black, just show the exit scene. Great ideas here. Title?

Jetlagged review

I feel like jetlag played a major role in Jetlagged. This short can benefit from camera movement. static shots don't keep the viewers attention. Just remember, that you need to light your foreground subject if you intend to shot against a bright background like your opening scene. Audio and editing need work. the story was hard to follow from talking about being jet lagged to getting a tie at a interview
