Great Night Shots of Atlanta
You had some really nice location shots in this film. Beautiful night stuff. There is a lot of screen time spent walking, opening doors, or watching the main character doing something that doesn't push the story forward. If you cut those moments down and replaced them with dialogue or character beats that generally move the story forward, your film would make huge strides.
Great Story
This film has a great story and is very emotionally impactful. Watch the good cinematography and visuals in this film
A Little Something Extra
The opening pictures of the film were well done and edited together but did not set the tone. In fact, it was a bit distracting. Once the action started, the film built the tension. The edits were a bit abrupt and a little distracting. The score was appropriate in helping to set the mood. Performances were good. A real nice effort.
The Ex Review
The opening montage was nice. The story line felt like something was missing. use the remaining 30 seconds to fill in some gaps. we see the argument, however we never really get the wrong actions other than just the stalking part. There is a lot of out of focus shots. please remember to take auto focus off and set it to manual. measure your focus distance related your aperture settings.
A dark story
This film is a dark story of a relationship. Very nice footage in the beginning, but not sure it does much for the story. Watch your audio transitions and audio mixing, especially the NAT sound with the actors voice.
