A film that goes deep.

average rating is 4.7 out of 5

Even thou I'm a christians, discussions like this are really interesting to talk about. Well done. Acting is great, none of the characters are trying to be all dark, mysterious or trying to be clever like how other films do sometimes. These characters are having a fun discussion like normal people would and sharing each other thoughts on the meaning of life. Wished more films were like this, just characters having talks about life and are not trying to be dark and clever.
Well done.

Hey- Not Bad!

average rating is 3 out of 5

The creators clearly have a good understanding of basic shot composition, editing, and acting. Some of the line delivery did feel a bit wooden but it was good for the most part. Unfortunately, It was shot in a relatively vanilla way. My real problem with the short was the conversation they had. It was boring and felt falsely substantial. It felt like it tried too hard to be something thought provoking and came off a bit pretentious. Not bad!

My 5-Shot Sequence

I think this film was displayed very well.

I think this film is good for amateur film makers but Im just not in to the conversation as much but its still pretty good.

Solid Short

average rating is 3.4 out of 5

I think this film was mostly well done. My only main issue was that sometimes the music was too loud and the dialogue was a bit hard to hear but overall a solid short.

Needs improvement

average rating is 2.9 out of 5

I think this film has a few positives, but it dfinetly needs some improvement. There were a few strange cuts that confuse the audience, and it can be hard to understand what the actors are saying, partly due to the continuous music and partly due to the mumbling of the actors.

I understand the what was intended

average rating is 1.4 out of 5

I get what was meant to come across, but to me it lacked a cinematic presence. Considering the one location, I think the blocking and lighting worked well enough. Camerawork wasn't great but with more experience it could evolve into something more cinematic. To me the acting was the highlight of the film. Both of the actors did a good job seeming believable in their roles. Overall, the film worked for what it was meant to be. A simple film about something much deeper.

A Great little Film

This was a pretty solid performance from everyone on the team. The color grading was nicely done and the acting was better than most films from young filmmakers.
