The acting in this film was what stood out to me. The characters really had me convinced, even when they were wearing a toy helmet. That's saying something. The writing was great but the night shoot lacked the lighting needed to pull it off. Great job!

This took on some pretty hard issued head on and didn't flinch. The acting was serious and mature for their age. This show is quite well done and is worth a watch. I would have liked to see a bit more attention payed to makeup and special effects in the opening where he supposedly had just crashed. Some smoke and some scratches on his helmet and face would have been nice.

Nice job. I really enjoyed your film and I thought you executed it quite well. Your story structure was complicated but well thought out. You had some great shots in there and loved the rain and though it probably just happened on the day you were shooting it really made it look great. The only notes that I would give would be to have rehearsed a bit more with your dad character and maybe have colored or done something to distinguish the different time periods. Great work.

The story was bit confusing at times, although it came together at the end. A lot of good work went in to this. Some rough edits, but not distracting. Time jumped all over the place which made it difficult to follow. Message was good. A lot of good sound work, especially with ambient noises.

Very well done. I could definitely see a little Coppola in there. The father figure was a pretty decent actor. The writing stood out to me as being much higher than what we normally see. The cuts were tight and the shots were well thought out. I think the astronaut should have had some visual indications that his flight didn't go well. Some bumps, scrapes, burns, dirt and sweat. This is a strong contender for sure.
